We accept the following types of files:
- JPG (JPEG)
- EPS (Encapsulated Postscript)
- AI (Adobe Illustrator)
- PSD (Adobe Photoshop Document
- TIFF (high resolution)
If your files are very large, e-mail us for ftp upload instructions.
Customer supplied files are printed as we receive them, so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output before set-up.
Once payment has been received we will e-mail a proof to you. We guarantee the accuracy of your order as shown on your final proof. However, we cannot guarantee color accuracy due to the variations of computer displays.
We print in 4-color CMYK. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in RGB. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify it when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is being used (this applies to vector artwork only)
